From the start, BEYER AE worked with the owners to create a home that fits the land, supports family life, and matches how they live each day. The plan centers on three clear areas: a private master suite wing, a bright main living core, and a practical garage and support zone. Set into a gentle hillside, the house is oriented to capture long views across the valley. Large openings frame the landscape and bring in natural light, highlighting the simple, honest character of Southern Vermont in every season.
