BEYER AE worked with the owners to transform the house through a full gut renovation, retaining only the primary framing while re-engineering the structure to support an entirely new layout. The redesign introduced multiple primary suites, a new main living area, office and library spaces, and expanded outdoor living through walkout patios and roof decks. New windows, doors, and cladding complete the transformation, giving the home an entirely renewed character inside and out.
