BEYER AE collaborated with both the interior designer and the owners to define key design elements, including cladding systems and color schemes. We reimagined the existing structural elements and layout to create a more open, flexible space that enhances primary living areas. Additionally, we transformed an outdoor breezeway into a conditioned space, seamlessly connecting it to the upstairs garage and extending the overall footprint of the home.
