RIDGELINE RESIDENCE

BEYER AE provided structural design for this contemporary mountain home in Jericho, Vermont. Built into the side of a mountain, the project required a thoughtful structural approach using engineered wood, steel framing, and concrete patio systems to support the home’s clean modern form and connection to the landscape. The design allows large openings, elevated outdoor spaces, and expansive views while maintaining the strength and durability needed for a Vermont hillside setting.
